As a Master Mariner with advanced degrees in Nautical Science, Mediation and International Marine Environmental Consultancy, I have worked at the intersection of shipboard operations, international cooperation, and complex decision-making.

Having worked in high-pressure maritime environments across environmental protection, humanitarian missions, and pollution emergency response, I have collaborated with people from many cultural backgrounds in different parts of the world. This experience has shaped a strong awareness of how communication styles, hierarchy, and power dynamics influence the way tensions emerge — and how they can either escalate or be used constructively.

My work today focuses on strengthening conflict competence and communication capacity within maritime organisations. This includes mediation, ombudsperson services, tailored trainings, and the development of integrated systems that enable concerns to be addressed early and fairly.
